We keep it simple...
Our service is not a complex costly check guarantee or collection program. Rather, it
is quite simple...
The ePayed Process
- When a customer bounces a check to your business, the
check is sent directly to us.
- We convert the check to an electronic funds transfer
(EFT) or an automated clearing house (ACH) transaction and attempt to redeposit
the check.
- If the check bounces for a second time, we monitor on a daily basis the NSF
check writer’s bank account for sufficient funds.
- When the funds are available, we immediately send an
EFT to recover your funds from the bad check writer’s account.
- An NSF fee is then paid by the bad check writer for the
cost of collection. NSF fees are determined by each state.
- All checks collected electronically are absolutely free
for ATD ServiceBay clients. You will always receive 100% of the bad check’s face
value at no cost. We then forward the funds to
you electronically. Included free online reporting site to monitor your account activity.

How much does it cost?
Our service is ABSOLUTELY FREE to your business. THERE ARE NO MONTHLY SERVICE
CHARGES. We believe that tire distributors should not have to spend more money to
collect bad checks. That's where
eCashflow
Systems can help. We provide check collection services to you at no charge.
Rather, the customer responsible for writing the bad check pays the service fees.

Why haven’t I heard of this before?
Legislation was enacted in 1998 to allow third party firms to access the US
Federal Reserve Banking System to settle NSF check funds.
